By using our website, registering an account, or making any payment on Romans Estate, you agree to this policy.


1. Nature of Our Services

Romans Estate is a digital real estate platform that connects users with property listings, real estate agents, agencies, and related services. Payments made on the platform may include (but are not limited to):


– Subscription fees (agents, agencies, developers)

– Listing fees

– Advertising or promotional fees

– Booking or reservation fees
– Verification or onboarding fees
– Digital services and platform access fees

Because most of our services are digital, time-based, and immediately accessible, refunds are limited and subject to strict conditions


2. Non-Refundable Payments

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the following payments are non-refundable:


– Subscription fees (monthly, quarterly, or annual)

– Listing and posting fees once a listing is published

– Advertising and promotional fees once a campaign has started
– Verification, onboarding, or compliance-related fees
– Service fees charged for platform usage
– Any payment for services already rendered or partially rendered

Once access to the platform, features, or services has been granted, the service is deemed to have commenced.

3. Limited Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:

– Duplicate payment made in error
– Payment processed successfully, but the service was not activated due to a system fault attributable to Romans Estate
– Incorrect charge due to a verified technical error on our platform

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approval is not guaranteed.

4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, you must:
– Submit a written request to info@romansestate.com
– Include proof of payment (receipt, transaction ID)
– Clearly explain the reason for the refund request

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original transaction date. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.

5. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:
– Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, where possible
– Processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on the banks or payment provider
– Any third-party transaction fees or gateway charges are non-refundable

Romans Estate is not responsible for delays caused by banks, mobile money providers, or payment processors.
